Introduction
The sitting room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and dining areas so that it can act as the hub for the community of tenants, a place to relax and watch TV, and a focal point for meeting others. It has a large screen Sony Bravia LCD TV with Freeview, comfortable seating for up to seven people, a coffee table, a side table, a media unit, and lighting suitable for reading or for relaxing. Heating is provided throughout most of the lower ground floor by an under floor heating system powered from the main gas central heating bolier. A separate programmable unit controls the heat to the lower ground floor.
