Introduction
The modern and spacious kitchen is located on the lower ground floor adjacent to a dining area, the sitting room, a bathroom and the utility room. The open plan kitchen and dining area along with the sitting room, with the double doors open, could become the hub for the community of tenants, a place to meet, and a focal point for social activities.
