Introduction
This is a small but well proportioned, carpeted, ground floor, rear garden facing room with radiator. It has a rectangular table which can fold into a console table (server table or sideboard), four dining chairs, and an armchair. The room is accessed from the kitchen and is at the very back of the extension to the original building. The function of this room is to act as a dining room, a quiet room, a study room, an additional sitting room, or a group working room as required by tenants. It could also be set out as a bedroom under some leasing situations. At the moment it is a common area available to all tenants. Any proposed change to the function of this room will be preceded by two months written notice to all tenants.
