Sitting Room
Introduction
The sitting room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen so that it can act as the hub for the community of tenants, a place to relax and watch TV, and a focal point for meeting others. It has a large screen Sony Bravia LCD TV with Freeview, comfortable seating, a coffee table, a small dining table, a media unit, and lighting suitable for reading or for relaxing. Heating is provided by a large radiator.
If you want to dine more formally, read quietly, have a quiet chat with another tenant or a friend, or if you wish to study or work collaboratively with others you can use the Quiet Room at the back of the house. Currently there are thus two rooms for common use in the property to share with others.
