Introduction
This modern kitchen, located on the ground floor adjacent to the sitting room consists of two linked areas partially separated by a large American style fridge freezer.
At the Sitting Room end there is a standard Galley Kitchen with a sink, a 100cm Range cooker with double ovens, a dishwasher and storage for pans, other cooking appliances, dishes and cutlery. The Galley Kitchen leads through into another area in which there is a combination microwave, other smaller appliances, plus a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A further door then leads to the utility room, the shower room and the Quiet Room/Dining Room/Study/Bedroom 2.
In the kitchen area there are two folding stools/chairs round a small bar style island/work surface. Ideal for breakfasting or for a quick snack.
