Hall/Stairs
The house has two floors plus a lined loft which will not be available to tenants for health and safety reasons. If tenants require to store equipment or cases in the loft the landlords may, however, be contacted for that purpose.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, and currently two bedrooms downstairs. A third bedroom downstairs is available when the property is leased to a family. The sitting room. kitchen, utility room and shower room are also located downstairs. The bathroom is located at the top of stairs on the first floor.
There is also a large vestibule between the front door and the hallway and staircase in which there are a number of coat hooks. The main electrical fuse and switch units for the house are also located in the vestibule as is also the main stop-cock for water. This is accessed under the floor in the vestibule.
